Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what data SRTrader Pro (operated by AR Consulting Pros LLC) collects, why, and how it's handled, across srtrader.pro and its Charts, Trade, Node, and Portfolio tools.

1. What we collect

• Account info: if you create an account or place a Node order, we collect your name and email address.
• Wallet addresses: if you connect a wallet to Trade or Portfolio, we read your public address and on-chain balances. We never request or store private keys or seed phrases.
• Usage data: pages visited, watchlists, alert preferences, and indicator configurations, stored so the product works across sessions.
• Payment data: handled entirely by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.

2. What we don't collect

We never ask for, and you should never enter, a private key or seed phrase anywhere on this site. Anyone claiming to represent SRTrader Pro who asks for one is not us.

3. How we use data

• To operate the Charts, Trade, Node, and Portfolio tools, including saved watchlists and alerts.
• To deliver price/liquidity alerts you set, via email or Telegram if you connect it.
• To process Node service orders and support requests.
• To improve the Service and diagnose issues.

4. Third parties we share data with

• Supabase — database, authentication, and edge functions that power accounts, alerts, and orders.
• Stripe — payment processing for Node plans and any paid features.
• DexScreener and DEX aggregators (1inch / 0x / Jupiter, etc.) — receive wallet addresses and trade parameters only as needed to fetch quotes or route a swap you initiate. These are third-party services with their own privacy practices.
• Cloudflare R2 — media/asset storage.

We do not sell your data to advertisers or data brokers.

5. Cookies, local storage & analytics

We use local storage for theme preference (light/dark) and lightweight session state — not third-party ad-tracking cookies. We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-first analytics service that does not use cookies and does not collect personally identifiable information; it reports aggregate traffic (pages visited, referrers, device type) so we can see what's working. No cross-site tracking or ad profiles are built from this data.

6. Data retention

Account and order data is kept for as long as your account is active plus a reasonable period for legal/tax recordkeeping. You can request deletion at any time (see below).

7. Your rights

You can request a copy of, correction to, or deletion of your personal data by emailing privacy@srtrader.pro. Deleting your account does not remove on-chain transaction history, which is public and outside our control.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
