No. Validator keys are generated by you, on your own device, during a guided session. Your 32M PLS deposit goes from your wallet directly to the official PulseChain staking contract. We manage setup and infrastructure only, never custody.
Because raw validator hosting genuinely costs very little — a single server can run infrastructure for many validators at once, which is why some providers charge under $2/month for it. We price that piece honestly. Our fee covers the part that actually takes our time: guiding key generation, verifying the setup is healthy, and ongoing support.
RPC access lets you read blockchain data — no PLS required. Running a validator lets you earn staking rewards, but requires 32,000,000 PLS staked from your own wallet. They're unrelated services.
Dedicated servers with multi-core CPUs, 32–64GB RAM, and NVMe storage sized for chain growth — nothing shared, nothing virtualized where it matters.
Cancel anytime. Your validator keys never lived on our systems, so nothing about your stake changes. If you're on a dedicated or shared-hosted plan, we'll help you migrate your setup elsewhere.
Yes — official guides live at launchpad.pulsechain.com and gitlab.com/pulsechaincom. We exist for people who'd rather pay for a guided setup and ongoing support than learn server administration.
No — cash only, by card through Stripe. Keeping payment and custody completely separate from the assets we help you manage is intentional.
Setup sessions are booked personally — reach out before you commit.
